What the app collects

Nothing. Traverse has no user accounts, no sign-in, and no backend server. There is no analytics or advertising SDK in the app.

How screen-time data works

Traverse is built on Apple's Screen Time frameworks (FamilyControls, DeviceActivity, ManagedSettings). Apple designed these so that the apps you select and your usage data are processed on your device and are never readable by us. Your gold balance, streak, atlas, and settings are stored locally on your iPhone and in your device backups.

What this website collects

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads all assets — including fonts — from its own domain. If you email us for a beta invite or support, we see your email address and use it only to reply and, if you asked for one, to send your invite.

Purchases

Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive anonymized transaction records from Apple, never your payment details.
