Traverse is made by a tiny studio, so support mail lands with the person who wrote the code. Write to hello@traversefocus.com and you'll usually hear back within a day or two.
Common questions
My apps aren't blocking.
Check that Traverse has Screen Time permission: Settings → Screen Time → Apps with Screen Time access. If you removed and reinstalled the app, you'll need to grant it again and re-select your blocked apps.
Did I lose gold or atlas progress?
Charted land can't be lost — that's Law II. Gold only decreases when you spend it on unlocks or structures. If a balance looks wrong, email us the details and we'll dig in.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are handled by Apple: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Traverse. Cancelling keeps the Commission active until the end of the paid period, and your atlas is yours regardless.
How do I join the beta?
Email hello@traversefocus.com with the subject "Founding cartographer" and we'll send a TestFlight invite when spots open.
